ABOUT THE OWNER

JULIO DELGADO

Before JD Lux Improvements was a reality, Julio Delgado started as a young man working for an apartment complex who quickly moved up the ranks. Over years of shadowing the maintenance staff whenever he had the opportunity, his natural curiosity allowed him to learn everything about apartment services. In turn, he was able to identify what worked well, and which processes were antiquated and inefficient. This is the crossroads in which JD Lux Improvements was born.

JD provides a much needed space in the industry for an all-in-one company that can provide resurfacing, remodeling, housekeeping, and so much more under one roof. Starting with just himself and one part-time helper, JD has grown into a business that now employs over 20 full-time employees and services over 75 apartment complexes valleywide.
